Our Story
How We Got Started
The Fulfillment House first began in 2018 as a passion project for two local business owners. As one of their sons with Down Syndrome was making the often-difficult transition of navigating life post high school, they saw the potential to take an existing business need and transform that into an opportunity to provide enriching employment opportunities for adults with special needs.
Where We Are Now
Since opening, we have been fortunate to significantly increase our reach through the encouragement of those in both our local and national community.

Sara | AssociateSara is the ultimate garage sale hunter. She is always sure to discover the best finds and enjoys sharing them with others. -
Ashley | AssociateAshley is our artist and box folding queen here at FH who always makes sure we get things done. -
Blaire | AssociateBlaire is never short on spunk and hugs. She loves to make others feel welcome and will stamp cards for anyone. -
Brent | AssociateBrent is a lover of WWE and dreaming big. He’s ready to take on the world and is always willing to step up and learn new things. -
Carly | AssociateCarly loves to draw and create. She can dream up any new creature and bring it to life on paper. -
Charlene | AssociateChar is a team player and loves to work with others. She keeps us laughing with her sweet and sometimes unpredictable sayings. -
Chase | AssociateChase is our karaoke champ here at FH. She can perform to just about any song, but Mama Mia is her all-time favorite. -
CJ | AssociateCJ is an oldies fan, specifically ABBA and the Beatles. He loves to learn and is attending BYU Pathways while working at FH! -
Dillon | AssociateDillon is a lover of all things Linkin Park. He works hard and loves to hang out with his friends at FH. -
Hayley | AssociateHayley always has a huge smile on her face and is ready to help. She’s a positive force who always has us smiling. -
Jenny | AssociateJenny is one of the sweetest people you’ll meet! She loves reading, playing with her dogs, and is an amazing artist! -
Justin | AssociateJustin loves to share. From sharing stories to his extra can of Diet Coke at lunch, he’s always giving. -
Katelyn | AssociateKT is the biggest KC Royals fan. She always reports on the score and keeps us updated on our home team. -
Katie | AssociateKatie has the kindest heart and best laugh. Once she starts giggling it’s nearly impossible for the rest not to join. -
Kaitlyn | AssociateKaitlyn always has a positive attitude and loves to share her joy with others. She loves everything Minions and her favorite band is The Beatles. -
Jack | AssociateJT is always up for a knock-knock joke, dance party, or a plate of spaghetti and meatballs! He love stamping thank you cards and working with friends! -
Henry | AssociateHenry is always happy to work or lend a hand and enjoys a good joke! He loves Subway and has quite a talent for drawing!

Through our services we aim to create a funnel of perpetual philanthropy that allows for consistent and meaningful employment for our favorite people. However, as a nonprofit, we rely upon donations to futher our mission and vision to not only employ adults with special needs, but to inspire confidence and indepence in our associates. We want them to recognize and understand their infinite potential.
